1.Introduction & License Grant
These Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ('EULA') govern your purchase, licensing, and use of GridDeck and the SAVNRX software ecosystem. By purchasing a license, downloading the desktop host application, or connecting a companion controller, you agree to be bound unconditionally by these terms.
2.License Limits & Updates Policy (Major vs. Minor)
The GridDeck license is granted as a perpetual commercial license for ONE PC Host, allowing ONE single active controller session at a time. The lifetime license covers all minor updates, maintenance releases, and security patches for the current major release branch (v1.x.x). Future major architectural generations (e.g., v2.0.0 and above) represent standalone commercial software and may require an optional paid upgrade.
3.Intellectual Property & Strict Anti-Reverse Engineering
The software, underlying source code, algorithms, interface designs, and all registered and unregistered trademarks are the exclusive proprietary property of SAVNRX. The user is granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software—not ownership of the software. You are strictly prohibited from decompiling, reverse engineering, disassembling, modifying, decrypting, extracting source code, circumventing DRM licensing locks, or creating derivative works of GridDeck. Any unauthorized modification or license sharing triggers immediate revocation without refund.
4.Disclaimer of Warranties ('AS IS') & Limitation of Liability
GridDeck is provided strictly on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation, or bug-free performance. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SAVNRX, its founders, and affiliates shall not be legally or financially liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, lost streaming revenue, business interruption, or system downtime arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
5.Conditional 14-Day Refund Policy & Legal Inquiries
Our 14-calendar-day refund policy applies strictly to verified, reproducible technical faults on certified 64-bit Windows 10/11 operating systems that SAVNRX technical support cannot resolve. Refunds are strictly excluded for change of mind, lack of user need, network configuration faults outside our control, or attempted deployment on unsupported environments (such as macOS, Linux, or virtual machines). 6.Modifications to Terms
SAVNRX reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated 'Last Modified' date. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes your explicit and binding acceptance of the revised Terms.
